BetQ Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1. General

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the entire agreement between you ("the Player") and BetQ ("the Platform", "we", "us") in relation to your use of the BetQ website at betq.onl and the BetQ mobile application. They apply to all sections of the platform, including sports betting, live casino, online casino games, slots, bingo and all promotional offers.

By completing registration on BetQ, placing a bet, making a deposit, claiming a bonus or using any part of the platform in any way, you confirm your full acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules published for individual games, promotions or features — in the event of a conflict, the game-specific or promotion-specific rules will take precedence for that particular activity.

BetQ reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the platform, including specific games, betting markets, payment options or promotional offers, at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are written in English for Pakistan (en-PK). All amounts referenced are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility

To open an account and use BetQ you must meet the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. BetQ is strictly an adult entertainment platform and does not permit registration or participation by anyone under the age of 18.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as a representative of a business or third party.
• You must not be an existing BetQ account holder. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under applicable personal circumstances.
• You must not be a current or former employee of BetQ or an immediate family member of a BetQ employee.

BetQ may request age verification at any point. If verification is requested, your account may be restricted until the required documents are provided and reviewed. Providing false age or identity information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3. Your Account

3.1 Registration

You are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering your BetQ account. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details and payment information where applicable. BetQ may request supporting documents to verify the information you have provided.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold only one active BetQ account. If duplicate accounts are detected, BetQ reserves the right to close all but one account and void any bets, bonuses or winnings associated with the duplicate accounts. Players who intentionally open multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or promotions will have all accounts permanently closed.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. BetQ will never request your password through email, live chat or any other channel. You must:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Contact BetQ support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

BetQ is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security, including losses caused by sharing your credentials with another person.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting BetQ support. BetQ may also close or suspend your account at its discretion if these Terms are breached, if fraudulent activity is suspected, or if requested to do so for responsible gaming reasons. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned via the payment method on file, subject to identity verification being complete.

4. Deposits

BetQ accepts deposits in PKR through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets. All deposits are credited to your BetQ account balance in PKR.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the deposit screen for each payment method.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited quickly after the transaction is confirmed through your mobile wallet.
• Bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending bank's processing times.
• BetQ does not charge a fee for deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Only deposit funds that belong to you. Third-party deposits — including deposits made from another person's JazzCash or Easypaisa account — are not permitted.
• BetQ reserves the right to request verification of any deposit method before processing a withdrawal.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. BetQ processes withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe; actual receipt of funds depends on the payment provider's processing times.

• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed. Verification requires confirmation of your identity and payment method.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the withdrawal screen.
• Any active bonus funds or funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been met in full.
• BetQ reserves the right to carry out additional identity verification checks before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawals to third-party payment accounts are not permitted. Your withdrawal must be sent to an account registered in your name.
• If a deposit was made via bank card, a refund to that card may be required for anti-fraud compliance purposes before the remainder is sent to a preferred withdrawal method.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

BetQ offers bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. General bonus rules that apply across all BetQ promotions include:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the promotion) must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets, live casino games, slots and other game types may have different contribution percentages, which are detailed in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value outside of the wagering process.
• BetQ reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus at any time and to reclaim bonus funds or associated winnings if the Terms or promotion-specific rules have been breached.
• One welcome bonus per player, per household and per device. Players found to be exploiting bonus offers through multiple accounts will have all bonuses voided and accounts closed.

7. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on BetQ, including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and all other covered sports and esports markets.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by BetQ. BetQ reserves the right to refuse or limit bets at its discretion without providing a reason. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed; the odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the final odds applied to the bet.

7.2 In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets are available for cricket (including PSL and T20 internationals), football and selected other sports. In-play odds change rapidly; BetQ may temporarily suspend markets during key moments in a match. Bets placed before an in-play suspension are settled at the odds applicable at the time of placement.

7.3 Voided and Refunded Bets

A bet may be voided in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum playing time required for settlement has been completed.
• The bet was placed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical or human error.
• The outcome cannot be verified from reliable official sources within the required settlement timeframe.

Voided bets are refunded at stake value to your account balance in PKR.

7.4 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for domestic cricket or ICC for international matches. BetQ reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation in disputed or unusual situations.

7.5 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per day. Specific limits for each sport and market type are available in the sports betting section. BetQ reserves the right to apply individual account betting limits at its discretion.

8. Casino and Games

BetQ's casino section includes live casino games with real dealers, online slots, bingo and other game types. The following rules apply across all casino and game activity:

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live casino, real-time physical equipment operated by professional dealers.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual slots and casino games are provided by the respective game providers. BetQ does not alter the RTP of any game.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, BetQ's system will record the game state at the time of disconnection. Settlement will be based on the recorded game state; BetQ is not liable for losses caused by poor internet connectivity.
• Bingo rooms operate on a scheduled basis. Tickets purchased for a scheduled bingo room cannot be refunded after the game draw has commenced.
• Maximum bet limits apply in live casino games, particularly on games such as blackjack and roulette. These limits are displayed within the game interface.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on BetQ and will result in account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Opening or using more than one BetQ account, whether under your own name or a false identity.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any other tool designed to place bets or interact with the platform without manual input.
• Colluding with other players in poker, bingo or any other game where player interaction affects the outcome.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that has been reported stolen or fraudulent.
• Money laundering or using BetQ for any financial transaction not genuinely related to personal entertainment gaming.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Attempting to access accounts belonging to other players.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting or use of information not publicly available to obtain betting advantage.

BetQ cooperates with relevant authorities in cases involving suspected fraud, money laundering or any other illegal activity. Account balances may be withheld pending investigation in such cases.

10. Responsible Gaming

BetQ is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports player wellbeing. The platform is for adult entertainment only — it is not a way to generate income and should not be treated as one. We encourage all players to approach gaming as a leisure activity with a clear personal budget and time limit in mind.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all BetQ account holders in the account settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits in PKR. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive a notification after a set period of active play to remind you how long you have been on the platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the platform for a defined number of days. During a cooling-off period you cannot log in, deposit or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude your account from BetQ. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12. Limitation of Liability

BetQ provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain availability and accuracy, BetQ does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted, BetQ's liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the value of funds held in that player's account at the time of the relevant issue.

BetQ is not liable for:

• Losses caused by internet connectivity issues, device failures or power outages on the player's side.
• Losses arising from delayed bet settlement caused by the late publication of official results by a governing body.
• Losses caused by the player sharing their account credentials with another person.
• Indirect, consequential or punitive losses of any nature.

13. Changes to These Terms

BetQ reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, a notice will be displayed on the platform and the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

Continued use of BetQ following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should cease using the platform and request account closure.
